the month in Swanland Village Hall at 7.30pm. Meetings are not held in
January & August. Meetings due on Bank Holidays are moved to later
that week. |

minutes print outs are placed on the pond notice board, in a folder
behind the door in the post office and are available at the library. Residents
are welcome to attend meetings and may address the council in the Open
Forum Open Forum following the Police Report.

Clerk, who is responsible for accounts and general administration.
