| Council Meetings are normally held on the first Monday of
the month in Swanland Village Hall at 7.30pm. Meetings are not held in January
& August. Meetings due on Bank Holiday Mondays are normally moved to
the Tuesday of that week. |

Agendas are usually available 3-4 days
before Council meetings

As well as the on-line
minutes print outs are placed on the pond notice board, in a folder
behind the door in the post office and are available at the library. Residents
are welcome to attend meetings and may address the council in the Open
Forum Open Forum following the Police Report.

with the Council should be directed through the Parish
Clerk, who is responsible for accounts and general administration.
